剛開始給了一個角落的房間，空氣不流通，後跟前台交涉給換了一個房間，感覺好多了。酒店位置優越，就在海邊，周圍都是公園綠地。遺憾就是日落市場還沒開放，要到5月濕季結束。

It was far from everything .. front desk staff was nice as was the concierge .. the big pool was out of order and the gym was good

Good location, having the ****** there is great. We had a suite but it’s looking tired and I would suggest management need to clean the tiles as they are quite dirty. Overall ok

For a hotel that appears to be a luxury ****** hotel the customer service is awful. Staff are very unfriendly, unhelpful, and unsympathetic. You can use the infinity pool on weekends for free if you are not a guest, so I would recommend not staying in the hotel and just enjoying the pool and ******.

Il Piatto our favourite restaurant at ****** food great wine selection ok abit expensive overall compared to other Fine Dining restaurants in Darwin. Reception staff need abit more life and friendlyness more personality.

Was expecting more given the price we paid, apparently already considered low season. The pool lagoon was disappointing and expected higher standards, more staff and cleanliness. Hotel restaurant food expensive unless ******** and apparently would have great discount. Room service was good and value for money. Expected small amenities like free bottled water to be more generous given the heat. Apparently just 2 bottles per check in although we stayed 2 nights . Bathroom and toiletries reasonable although bathroom door had a drum which made it inconvenient to open as door swung closed automatically ..

Customer service is terrible. The phone in our room didn’t work, so we couldn’t order room service. I left an item of clothing in the room, and the staff claimed that they couldn’t find it, and refused to double check. Took with pool access was cool, but don’t expect good customer service.
